Augie, every time I look at one of those charts I feel like I'm on some head trip.
For openings, I look at stuff like this:

I believe the 15-minute is a good tool for opening direction. That's not to say it telegraphs what's going to happen, but if we open up or down, this chart indicates we've still got a bit more down to go (although not too much before a bounce, I believe).
The 60-minute charts can stay oversold for a day or more, so it is hard to gauge an opening based upon those charts.
The 30-minute also looks like it is going to cross over again with the slow and full stochs:
