Hopefully it's paid for.

If you have alot that people had assumed they could pay their mortgages by exercising options each quarter, then yeah... might be a problem.... and if there are many more sellers than buyers..... might put a strain on the local economy a bit more as it trickles downward.... and of course that's not good for the state's budget.

So.... in short I think that options will continue to be offered, but not sure what happens to valuations.
