It's all a joke really. If you think about it. It's essentially no different than the fraud ridden companies that nasdaq presented during the bubble. didn't matter what it was. the revenues didn't exist and the brokers cashed out on day one. (the over alotments were used to pack their pockets and pay whatever else they needed.) The entire companie(s) wouldn't have existed without the loan that was paid off soon after the stock started trading. the numbers here are just a little more eye catching. but the game is the same. Nasdaq let the entire fraud happen. Now they have to blame somebody because they can't look at themselves. I could go on but everything from the stock price movements to the IPO pricing to the finances based on selling options and pension gains...Oh i could go on...but what's the point.
