Rawlings Sporting Goods Co Inc (RAWL) Andersen replaced as auditors with KPMG 8-K 06/18/2002 sec.gov Item 4. Changes in Registrant's Certifying Accountant. On June 13, 2002, the Board of Directors of Rawlings Sporting Goods, Inc. ("Rawlings"), based on the recommendation of its Audit Committee, dismissed Arthur Andersen LLP ("Andersen") as Rawlings's independent public accountants and engaged KPMG LLP ("KPMG") to serve as Rawlings's independent public accountants for the fiscal year 2002, effective immediately.
