Bill CLinton could have been the greatest president in a century. He had the power to do it. He understood the value of technology. He had a fast mind that could grasp quickly changing details. However he couldn't overcome his lack of control. His Hillbilly nature destroyed his intellect. In the end despite your claim that his presidency was great the truth is no one has anything left to show for it. The general population was fleeced. Only the wise got out in time. Contrast that with the Reagan years. The market continued to add to the gains.
