Dear Charles: I think you are going to be surprised about the Bush Administration. I think Bush is like me, he doesnt think much about CIVIL penalties as they end up merely lining lawyers pockets. How many here EVER got a meaningful settlement from a class action suit. I have been in many and if I got anything at all it was PENNIES. Now, I think Bush is interested in CRIMINAL penalties. I suspect someone is going to have the book thrown at them. Put a half dozen executives in Jail (I dont mean country clubs) and let them meet BILLY BOB. That will end this once and for all. JDN
