Compuserve is pretty much worldwide. I use it all the time. Internet cafe's are great and cheaper but you have to be careful of password traps. they get your passwords to the likes of penntrade and they could clear out your account. When in Turkey I used the cafe to do my normal stuff on SI etc, but if I wanted to trade I dialed up compuserve on the laptop and connected to penntrade. FWIW! Wayne
