Well, today I went long...I still think KO is overvalued as
Hell but I dont think all equities are at risk. My feeling
was that we were heading into a deflation inspired recession, and
that the economy was peaking ahead of the market. But earnings TXN
and INTC blew me away. Consumer spending didnt go softer. SO,
what does that spell = CAPITULATION.
Covered my coke calls ,however I still own some nov 65 putes on
coke but I put some serious money back long on MTEL.
So, I dont think we are going to have the KUhuna. Inflation
re-emerging would be a killer but FED is going to keep tap tap tapping
along. THese earnings seem to me to be too healthy to ignore.
