BTW, back yard missile tests of any significant altitude or range have to be authorized by FAA. Where do you suppose the terrorists would be doing their weapon tests while developing such sophisticated weapon?

How can you ask such a question? Did you think terrorists would apply for permits or the all seeing government is going to protect you with some neat FAA regulations? Wake up! They took down the WTC towers with razor blade knives.
