CNBC reported that PCS was down .60 to 4.10 because a Kaufman Co analyst claims that they will not launch their new data network by the "whisper date" of July 4.

Personnally, I'm still looking forward to hear something from Sprint tomorrow or the 4th when their inventory promotions for 2g products stop and when MIBII starts.
