That rocket gets to the launch site by car and is assembled on the spot in less than an hour. Or did you think he built it in the middle of that field? They aren't allowed to fit GPS systems to them. But people aren't allowed to fly airliners into buildings either. A GPS guidance system using steering fins would be a piece of cake. Accuracy down to a few feet. Your 105 artillery shell would make a nice mess of a gas installation.
