Did you just switch sides? Or do you have multiple personality disorder and I'm talking to one of the other dawgs? Or just can't make up your mind? :-)

They will result in widespread intrustion of government in the religious sector
And maybe not. The religious sector has been quite successful in holding that off so far. And the same can be said of Bush's proposed "faith based initatives" (which I oppose.) And I believe religious schools now have to cover partts of a state-dictated curriculum on a state dictated schedule. I would expect any school, not just religious, would have to meet state requirements.

AND there can be a provision that if they don't take vouchers, they are exempt from any state requirements.

cause overcrowding in some schools and underutilization in others
This applies to any scarce resource. The free market handles the rationing task.

be unfair to the poor since they will continue to do on average less well in school than the rich,
True of the present system. The poor get royally screwed by it. They could come out ahead because of improvements created by competition.

and generally muck up a system that is perfectly capable of mucking itself up without the help of vouchers.
Still no argument against vouchers.

Oh wait, I'm for them. Better let somebody else answer that one.
The first personality returned? The other dawg escaped from the pound?

Any other identity crises I can handle for you? :-)
