Internal SEC memos don't mean jack if the prosecutor can't be convinced. End of story.

I was wondering if you actually dispute the facts apparently asserted in that memo and in the Krugman column -- that Mr. Bush failed to file the relevant forms for 34 weeks, in apparent violation of the law, and that he, shortly before bad news was released about the company, sold $800,000 worth of its shares.

Or do you just rest on the thought that since the Justice Department, during his father's presidency, chose not to pursue the matter, he is therefore innocent as a lamb?
