Dwight: No offense, but the stock has been theoretically undervalued (from analyst perspective) when the price was in the teens. I would hope that insiders are not hoping and or waiting to buy until the stock price drops from $6 3/4 to $6 or below. If insiders had confidence in Schmidt they would not try to pick an exact bottom price to purchase shares. Vip
