BTW, everyone who takes aspirin should note that studies have shown that if you take it along with lecithin, your chances of having untoward gastric effects are MUCH smaller. Some chemical thing happens between the two. I read a reference that seemed to imply that it would do the same with Motrin, but couldn't find it later.

So everybody: Lecithin is good for you anyway, so it won't hurt to take it when you take aspirin, and will protect you from intestinal bleeding, ulcers, etc.

I got lecithin "wafers" at the health food store. It comes in granules and capsules, too.
