Rose: Expose: They been there, did that with the largest ever goodwill writeoff in history. Perfectly legal. JMHO, nothing illegal (ala: Enron/GXC/etc) in the future, these guys are straight. Their problem is sales; IMO, they have more cash on hand than annual sales, maybe 50% more. Pressure mounting on management, but they can do little to nothing to fix the telecom market. There's a lot of temptation for management to cash out and leave the stress/mess to others. JMHO -Own
