You retreat into a "gee whiz, I don't really know what happened about those pesky SEC forms" posture, when your defense of GWB is challenged, but notably you overlook the other set of facts I asked you about:

that he[GWB], shortly before bad news was released about the company, sold $800,000 worth of its shares.

Again, the same lawyerly question, the one that you just dodged: do you really dispute those assertions of fact, or do you just say it's no big deal (especially since he's our guy)?
