I do not know anywhere near enough about the reality of Angola's stability to offer any insight into the risk reality of mine development at this time.

I would imagine that a World Bank loan guarantee or some other insurance of that nature would be sought to mitigate investment risk within Angola or most any of these third world hot spots.

I would also expect that SUF will focus on less capital intensive aluvial operations for the near term until a better read can be taken of the longer term risk.

I doubt that the SN article had as much to do with this run up as the news releases did. Again these price moves are being made on relatively light volumes. If the market as a whole ever goes after this stock and we start seeing 300,000 share days, the price will make serious sustained moves. This is light trading by small speculators.
