H/S formations have NOT been taking out their necklines on the 1st try like they should for many many months now, lots are flagging up in weak fashion, then taking out those necklines after the 2nd or more importantly the 3rd try in almost every instance across the board. Many indices are now at important support #'s. July is actually a dead middle of the road performance month for the SnP since 1951...Sept is THE historical worst performing month for that index, as well as the Nasdaq. A little more flopping around here into the weekend, and i could see a rally come together for sure into O/E on the 19th. You know the pro forma B/S is about to begin to flow here...
