The dow bottomed out nearly 3 years after it peaked in 1929 and then rallied about 500% in the next few years (5????????), lost about half over the next few years and then resumed it's rise as I recall.


Could the fall after the rise have been war related?

Guess this is actually a question for Bill Harmond... he once told me he lived through five bear markets! LOL! (actually he probably said "corrections" but I interpreted it as bear mkt at the time)... hmmm guess he's older than I thought... <gg>
