ITWO is talking about doing revenues of only about half what they did last year. I thought business was slow but it's much worse than I thought.

Oh yeah, half of last year is about right. Remember 2001 in march, the b2b bubble was still going strong. B2B was the last to fall after the dotcom crash, after telecom and the internets. I can't recall the day ariba warned and cancelled their 2 billion$$ merger with agile, that was when the bubble deflated. So you had some residual going into summer.

I see its down after hrs but I need to see how the analysts respond. Personally I was looking for about 135mm so they are lower than I wanted but how far are they along with the restructuring?

After the manu numbers ah was bad for them but they rallied the next day, its hard to predict the action in these bottom-dwellers.
