ENRON WANTS E-MAILS TURNED OVER TO COMMITTEE RETURNED
Source: ENL

Enron is asking a legislative committee investigating California's power crisis to return some e-mails. The e-mails were apparently turned over in response to a subpoena, but the company claims they are covered under attorney-client privilege and wants them back.
