FORMER PEROT SYSTEMS WORKERS SET TO TESTIFY NEXT WEEK
Source: ENL

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Two former Perot Systems workers will testify next week before a California panel whether the company gave sensitive information to electricity market participants. California Senator Joe Dunn says the workers will appear before the Senate Select Committee on July 11th. Company chairman H. Ross Perot will also appear. Perot Systems helped set up systems in 1997 for the agencies that run California's energy markets. That year, the company also tried to launch a consulting business, allegedly to show energy firms how to exploit loopholes in the state's energy markets. Perot Systems has denied any wrongdoing.
