David, that is a problem with me also, after taking my profits in a couple of trusts, I am finding it hard to find something to put my money into. I recently purchased a little bit boston pizza and the hotel reit. I still like AY as my oil and gas choice, simply because I feel that management has done an excellent job. POU trust will be trading in appox, 2 months.
