Any comments on the revised 424 filed last week......the conversion price was adjusted (and potential dilution increased), but I'm not sure why. Didn't look at the original that closely, but I didn't see anything offhand that should have changed the conversion at this point. Anyone know? Also, why was Mirant even involved in this offering if they received none of the proceeds? KJ
