my guess is no - not by the public, not yet

many stocks are still over valued, historically

I've always thought the 401k phenomenon [millions rolling in every month] fed the over-evaluation in the market

and I think it will in fact raise the historical PE average

many companies are educating their employees in retirement funding through their 401k programs

ask the average american what a PE is? 10 years ago few could answer that simple question

throw the internet presense/potential and all the businesses it effects into the above equations and one can some what see why everyone is in flounder as to where we will find our levels
