Ray, Of course, I'm exaggerating a bit when saying Bush lacks the intellect to be part of a conspiracy. I tend to see things in a simplistic way; I see Bush as a fair man in a job he's not psychologically prepared for ( a-deer-in-the-headlights expression of his sums it up). I wish him the best for our own good.Bill Clinton fumbled for his first 6 months but he was a quick study .Clinton picked his fumble up and ran with it .GW is no Bill Clinton obviously. He might get better by his 36th month.Who knows?
