Hi All,

Just got in so haven't had a chance to call the company for an opinion. It could be someone who has gotten in on the first PP @ .15c. He sells his existing stock, takes a tax loss, uses the procedes to pay for the PP and picks up a similar amount of stock + bonus warrants for down the road.
