I noticed this little gem on Dell's website today. They now want you to PAY EXTRA in order to get someone to pick up the phone more quickly!!!! I cracked up when I saw it... By the way, what happens if lots of folks are stupid enough to pay this.. This smacks of desperation as in 'let's try anything to get those margins up'....
