AMD Anticipates Reporting Second Quarter Sales of Approximately $600 Million
SUNNYVALE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 2, 2002--AMD (NYSE:AMD - News) announced today that it expects to report sales of approximately $600 million for the second quarter ending June 30, 2002. The Company had previously projected second quarter sales to be in the $620 million to $700 million range.

The Company will provide final second quarter financial results on July 17, 2002.
