plunge protection is very hard at work but having more difficulty all the time what with the accounting scandal du jour etc. No where to hide either:http://activequote.fidelity.com/nav/select.phtml Look at any xau or hui daily chart to watch the powers that would hold gold down, go to work. Last hour to half hour in trading each day takes it down. To me and many others it is very obvious. At some point, people will realize what is going on. On the other hand, I have reduced gold holdings just to take protect some profits.
