Kyros, I just got a phone call from Cary at IR. She tells me that after spending a couple hours with the bankers she now knows all about floorless. She also says the conversion rate is for a fixed # of shares no matter what the price. It would be in the best interest of the converts for the price to go to the moon. That being said, I apologize for the misunderstanding. BT
