Housing market will implode as Appraisers falsly boost housing numbers and FNM lends to anyone with a hat. Isn't a fat pig like NVR a sure thing as a long term sell and hold short then ? From the chart alone, it should be cut in half. Unless there are no more shares to short. Around here in eastern Mass, I can't believe all the bloated houses that have been under construction lately, it's all the more revolting that they bulldoze the woods flat and stick these houses in without a single tree left on the lots, which aren't all that large given the size of these homes.
