Patrick, the PMI is an indicator of where the NDX will open based on real-time pre-market trades, not the futures. The futures are traded on the Chicago Mercantile and can be tracked at
cme.com
or at
money.cnn.com

The first comes straight from the source. The second also gives you a fair value figure, but also has pop-up ads for Money.

You can also go to
finance.lycos.com

and track the trades in real-time, but you need to know the symbol. The current symbol is ND02U, for the September expiration.

EDIT: The Livecharts data is realtime only from ~4:45 PM through ~9:15 AM. The globex trades are also closed from Friday afternoon through 8:00 (?) Sunday evening. Don't know about holidays.
