It will not take 40 years but it will be a long time before the telecommunication industry is a safe place for investors. i agree. nobody has any idea when things will turn up. remember last year? everybody was calling for a rebound in 2H 01. then when that didn't work, everybody said 2H 02. now people are saying 1H 03 or 1H 04. basically, they have no idea and just throw out random carrots to try to keep people in the market. that kind of bandage forecasting might work if we just had an inventory blip on our hands. but instead, we are trying to unwind the greatest tech bubble in history. can you say "creative destruction"?
