If it's the 'c' shown in the first wiggle scenario, then we are due for another high without making getting below NDX 960 or so. So, short any new high if we do not go much below where we are now.

NDX hit 960 and now, presuming we take out 973 from a little while ago, we'd be looking for a new high for which I have two targets: 980, and 1000 +/-5. If 973 does not get taken out, then the other scenario is still alive.
