The Denver metro-area has seen the flip side of the housing bubble. Foreclosures could reach their highest level in 11 years. Foreclosures jumped by 53.7% in the first half over the same period last year. Billy's investment in denvers metro-area could be huge. Btw I wonder how silicon valley software guru "long lips" is doing?
