Paul: With pennies, you must do some FA to assure yourself that a. No scam present, b. A breakout is not a P&D affair and most important, c. the outfit can survive under the worst scenario (the worst scenario is usually the one played out). But if you want a first preferred rule of mine for such a situation it is the price/volume reversal (it failed me on EXSO, but I am still waiting, the volume is still good). It worked before on AKSEF, recently we did well (Mark was on board) in XSYS CHTL and FRX.u, and ABTX was an excellent case (just got out, probably too early).
