In response to some pm's, I'll just put this out there to be scrutinized by whomever.
I'm 1/2 way though buying a basket of small-mid cap tech, including; OAKT, VTSS, MCTR, STEC, NVDA, MVIS. Some of these are trading at under book value, some have insider buying, others have technology which is truly unique, and some have enough short interest to create a burst of buying should the market turn. All of them appear to have gone through gut wrenching capitulation, with high volume lows followed by lower volume retest or lower than average volume new lows.
Thoughts, comments appreciated.
