Very bullish to see the Naz up 20 pts off the lows and the vix/vxn with virtually no giveback...tells me we can see a significant rally near term. Likely post July 4... I think the near term risk has significantly lessened in the techs and has shifted to the Dow/Nyse stocks... Edit...im long tech here
