gotta try to respond on the many Bush blamings

- big part of fed deficit is for military response to AlQaeda... the tax cut was the smallest since the VietNam War and is regarded by many to have been ineffective because first it was small and second it was too time delayed... much of the deficit comes from a slowing economy, which is the direct result of the burst american bubble of the 1990's, a slowing economy from ridiculously high FedReserve rates in middle of 2000... with slower economy comes lower income tax withholdings... with burst stock bubble comes lower capital gains tax receipts... if you blame him for military response, what is your alternative suggestion?

- collapsing dollar is reversal of Rubin's insane Strong Dollar policy... this insanity sent much mfg capacity to Asia and Mexico, produced wide trade gaps, and ushered in dependence upon foreign capital to finance all debts... have you ever heard of Robert Rubin?

- the farm bill is atrocious... I hate trade tariffs and protection... they invite disaster

- I smell a nasty rat with Bush-Cheney and Enron... this could erupt into a scandal if it ever hits the open... agreed

- MiddleEast is a no-win... any policy fails... but we do seem to turn a blind eye to much of Israel's violence... our policy seems at times to be "any dead arab is a good arab"

- IT spending is not in his control... its oversupply has invited liquidation... the Y2K Event brought with it a rush to add capacity, and an oversupply even afterwards with incorrect anticipation of post-Y2K needs... a broadband initiative during horrendous oversupply? huh? you want more?.. ever heard of the Y2K Effect?

- clueless in foreign affairs might be right... I expect our buddy Russian Putin to betray the USA... riding as cowboys on the farm does not address the deep philosophical differences between US and Russia... Putin came from KGB, and should be treated carefully... and not tough enough on the Saudi hypocrites, who are the biggest hypocrites in this world

- agreed on pre-911 warnings, asleep at wheel

- OBL/Omar Wanted Posters make great press, agreed on stupidity... only trouble with covert action is the CIA was kneedeep as OBL comrades... agreed

- agreed on scare tactics to distract, but he is also criticized for not warning... so can he do both?

- I blame Cheney/Rumseld for released Kunduz Paki warriors who are now probably firmly placed in the hills of Kashmir... a necessary evil to obtain Paki help?.. sometimes help should be turned down if the price is too high... agreed

- terrorism often seems hypocritical, depending on where you stand, agreed

- our pushbutton bombing strategy invites innocent killings, and I hate it... if you dont look your enemy in his eyes, you are a coward in my book... agreed

- the environment versus energy production dilemma will never go away... do you own an SUV car?.. what solution do you suggest on energy challenges?.. I say work with Canada to sharply expand, so far so good... I buy Sunoco gas only,
from Canada

- you should blame the illiterate masses of Democrats for screwing up the election for Gore Bore Snore... if you cannot read, cannot follow directions, cannot pull your pants up, and dont speak english, your vote shouldnt count... the Democrats have the biggest joke for a political coalition in the history of mankind

well, I touched on all
I respect your views
but try digging a little deeper on half your issues
you only touch the surface on almost everything economic or financial, and thus miss the real meaty heart of each matter

you remind me of a guy who shits on his neighbors driveway
the husband comes home from work, and steps in it unwittingly
the wife blames the husband
look deeper on financial stuff
this country has spent a few decades creating problems
Kondratieff expects each cycle to last 55-70 years
we were due, because of our faulty money, excess debts
and it aint even close to being over

those who are unable to careful dissect the complex economical and financial situations will be quick to blame the other political party in future months and years

I voted for Reagan, and hated the Star Wars bankrupt military policy
I voted for Clinton once, and hated his strong dollar Trez policy and easy money Fed policy
I voted for Bush and hate the Simple Simon foreign policy
but the financial disaster that is upon us is the responsibility of many things dating back to Kennedy, Johnson, Nixon, Nixon, Nixon, Reagan, Clinton, Greenspan, Socialism, and OPEC
