Just the extreme nature of the sell off technically. This last thrust got it looking very close to 4/00, 1/01 and 4/01, but a little bit away from 9/01. Zeev is calling for ~16%, but those rallies were much bigger than that. If it wasn't summer, I would be betting on 25%+. But I think 20% is realistic. I am not sure why Zeev isn't more bullish, but I am listening. Mind you I am only looking at a few more % points. I said some things here about McManus of B of A the other day, and I just bet he ups his stock % within one week.
