If a public school can do it for an actual cost of $4K a year, WHY CAN'T A PRIVATE SYSTEM? I'm waiting for an answer to that. Either it can be done, or the public system is cooking the books and it actually costs more. Find that "more" and add it to the vouchers.

AND I clearly said that if a parent wants to send their kid to an existing expensive private school, they're going to have to pay more.
