IDT's "duty and obligation" is to steal WCOM's Internet backbone

That's bullsh*t. They aren't stealing anything. The guy who runs IDT is a very bright guy. He runs an honest place and runs it cheaply. He doesn't waste money and spends it wisely, buying assets at firesale prices.

I don't own IDT, but I used to. I am not enamored with the dual classes of stock and some other similar "issues." But to say Howard Jonas is stealing WCOM's backbone isn't true. He is running a sound business and is buying when everyone else is selling.
