Nice song. You remind me of a mathematics graduate student I knew back in the 60's. He put an American flag behind his marahuana plant in his window. The police went by every day and saluted the flag. He completed his PhD and as far as I could judge he stayed stoned for 6 or 7 years while doing his graduate work.
