Zeev, bp is the percentage of stocks having a PnF buy signal. search.atomz.com Theoretically none of the 100 could have a buy signal and they could still go down more. But 1% bullish was the 5 year minimum for bpNDX [in Sep'01]. I don't know which stock that was. G.
