Prosperity means having a job, gradually improving one's way of life, having good healthcare etc. It is NOT what Enron, Haliburton and others were doing cooking their books (aided by you know who). You must understand that the stock market has a life of its own, there are always crooks everywhere then and now!!! The bottomline is: prosperity and peace was the rule of the game for 8 democratic years.Your level of comprehension... is mediocre! Go back to school,boy!
