Hi Jeff: Reworking of wells seems to be the only near-term source of cash flow, but I don't know if I'd call it immediate (except for the current 40BPD). About two months after acquisition of the first wells, they had 5 going. Five weeks later, they apparently don't have any others going. At this rate getting 100 wells going could take a long time, but I will give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they will speed things up in the future. I really don't know what is involved in reworking the wells. Your calculation assumes the other wells will also produce an average of 8BPD, and the BAPCO tool will increase them to 25BPD. They may have started with the most promising wells, so future wells may not be as productive. It is too early to tell. We may see $15 million in revenue from the wells someday, but I wouldn't expect it any time soon.
regards,
Mike
