As I said, you have no sense of proportionality. The 144's were filed as required. If GWB was really trying to conceal the sale and rip people off, those would not have been filed. The untimely filing of the additional forms, while technically not complying with the law, is very analogous to the speeding ticket scenario which has previously been used. Additionally, that particular violation is much more common than one would think. The SEC rules and regulations are rather complex and present many challenges to individuals who serve on Boards of Directors..... JLA
