J, HE HAD TO FILE THE FORMS WHEN HE DID. Harken had to file their annual report and if this had been omitted it would only added to the legal mess they were in. You keep down playing this issue. Let me repeat if this is such a minor issue, why is Bush giving a Major Speech next Tuesday threatening CEO's with legal action if they DON'T DO WHAT HE DIDN'T DO? Doesn't he have better things to do other than deal with your "so called" minor legal issues?
